Reset iPod

For the model of mine, the iPod s with the click wheel (nano 3rd generation), all I’ve got to do is to hold the menu et center buttons simultaneously for 4 to 6 seconds until the apple logo appears. I did it and it worked, all my music files are untouched, but I lost some customization settings.

According to that document, if you are still unable to reset it, you can connect ipod to the computer or a power adapter and try the above step again.
